I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with a lovely enclosed terrace providing great facilities. The bed was very comfortable, but I did encounter some issues with the reservation process. The service overall was satisfactory, offering housekeeping, laundry, and a paid shuttle service. The hotel is situated in a safe area within the Gothic quarter, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The dining options, especially the grilled meats, were delicious. The facilities were impressive, although I found the pricing slightly steep for what was offered.
